True Love through Hebrew Eyes

Our world is in a strange shape.
Everywhere we look, we are bombarded by truth and lies, evil and good, confusion and compassion and cruelty.

Believe it or not, the ancient world was not so different (even if some means of communication have been updated in the meantime).

Enter love. Can it help to navigate this mess? What is love, anyway? People seem to define it so differently. And what in the world does any of this have to do with Jewish (and Christian) mysticism?

Join us as we delve into one of the most famous descriptions of love in 1 Corinthians 13, together with related passages that also talk about the interrelations of love, truth, and evil. This seminar will be hosted by Dr. Yeshaya Gruber and will feature Dr. Nicholas Schaser of the Israel Bible Center.
